All applicants are subject to approval by the Ladner May Days Committee. The committee reserves the right to refuse vendor applications. Until payment of $150 is received, their spot is not guaranteed. Submission of entry form does not guarantee a space, or entry into Ladner May Days. You will be contacted by a May Days committee member to confirm or deny your entry. Once accepted, payment of $150 can be sent via e-transfer to craftfair@ladnermaydays.com.

Please note that Food Booth space does not include water or power hook up. Food must be prepared offsite and be ready for sale at the market. Vendor is expected to follow the Temporary Food Markets Guideline for the Sale of Foods at Temporary Food Markets and provide health permits, if necessary.

All Food Booth vendors must unload and move vehicle by 9am and complete set up by 10am each day. Due to parking restrictions, there is a maximum 20-minute unload time allowance. No vehicles will be allowed to enter or exit the fairgrounds between 9am-5pm on the Saturday and Sunday of May Days.

Allocation of space is at the sole discretion of the coordinator. Food Booth space at Ladner May Days equals 10’x10’. Vendors must bring own covering (ie. tent or canopy) for space. Tables and tents will not be provided by May Days. It is strongly recommended that tent weights are used when using a tent. All merchandise and displays are expected to be within the dimensions of your allocated space. No racks or tables are allowed outside the designated 10’x10’ space.

The Ladner May Days Committee, its members and directors are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged goods or equipment. All goods and equipment left on the fairgrounds overnight must be properly secured. Any unsecured goods or equipment must be removed from the fairgrounds at closing time each day.
